Our qualified and experienced staff are dedicated to provide responsive and respectful care to ensure that our Participants feel valued and supported at all times. Ideal Ability Support Services support staff are selected through a stringent and a rigorous recruitment to ensure that our Participants receive high standards in their care services and their experience is exceptional. All our support staff have Police clearance, working with children and vulnerable checks, First Aid and mandatory compliances. Ideal Ability Support Services support staff are not only experts in providing high-quality care but also have exceptional interpersonal skills.
